Semi-automatic stitching machine suitable for stitching all types of corrugated cardboard.

• The stitching head allows the use of stitching wire strips ranging from 0.6 mm to 0.9 mm in thickness.
• No. 2 oscillating stitching heads driven by BRUSHLESS motors, one positioned above and one below.
• Motorized transverse positioning of the stitching heads.
• Width adjustment of the stitching heads via a geared motor.
• Motorized height adjustment of the stitching heads.
• Manual height adjustment of the oscillating presser foot.
• Manual adjustment of the oscillation in accordance with the stitching pitch.
• Wire feeding unit electrically synchronized with the stitching head.
• Wire unwinding unit for reels weighing up to 10 kg, with an outer diameter of 250 mm and a width of 50 mm.
• No. 4 upper belts and No. 4 lower belts arranged in a sandwich configuration, designed to feed boxes either as two separate halves or as a single piece.
• No. 4 belts are height-adjustable by means of pneumatic cylinders, allowing the boxes to be conveyed without damaging the cardboard.

The machine is suitable for palletizing stacks of stitched boxes.
